How do you decide shipping costs?
Depending on where you live, but for the most part, here in the U.S, for a simple cuff the charge would only be between $1 & $2. If you're out of the country it'll cost a little more to ship. Check out the shipping matrix for details.

Can I pick a colour of fabric for my Willow Pillow Monster?
Not really. I am using scrap fabric, and donated fabric, so I have the monsters made for the most part. If you are specific that you need it for a boy or a girl and you care if it's a floral pattern or not, please specify that. But they are all unique, meaning you get what I send you!

How long will it take to get my item?
This is depending on a few variables: If I have the item already made, it's just a matter of the postal service to get it there. Once your order is received and payment is approved, I will get the item sent out that day. If it needs to be created from scratch and you have a specific request, I'll be in touch with you as to when I'll be able to complete it. No later than a week I'd say to create and then ship.

Sure. It'll depend on what you want and what I have access to. Contact me and let me know what you would like and we can work together to create exactly what you'd like.

How do you calculate cost for a custom cuff?
It'll depend on what I have in stock and what I might need to purchase, and of course where I can get the item you are looking for. If it's something that you have already and want to send me to put on, I would only charge for the material I use of my own and of course the time it takes to create it to your desire!
